This page explains what happens to what you type into the planning chat on this site. It is written in plain words. If something here is unclear, email us at hello@missionreadystrategies.com.
Who we are
Mission Ready Strategies (“we”) runs this website and is responsible for the information you give it.
What we collect
- What you type into the planning chat: which kind of project you picked, what it should do, who it is for and when you need it.
- Your name and email address, when you give them in the chat.
- Like any website, our host receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. We use your IP address only to limit how many chat messages and briefs one visitor can send in a short time. That count is kept in the server’s memory, not stored.
We don’t use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking pixels. If you switch the keyboard shortcuts off, that choice is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.
How we use it
To plan your project with you in the chat, and to reply to the brief you send us. We don’t sell it, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it for us
These services process your information on our behalf:
- Vercel hosts the site. Its AI Gateway passes each chat message to the AI models below.
- Anthropic provides the Claude model that writes the chat’s replies.
- TypeSafe AI provides the Jev model that picks the chat’s next question and filters out spam.
- Inngest queues your brief when you press Send brief, and retries delivery if it fails.
- Resend or Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) emails your brief to us and sends you a confirmation.
Your chat messages, including your name and email once you give them, go to Vercel, Anthropic and TypeSafe AI as you type each answer. Your brief goes to Inngest and our email provider only when you press Send brief. If sending from the site isn’t available, the site opens your own email app instead, and nothing is sent until you send that email yourself.
How long it is kept
We don’t store chat conversations. A conversation lives in your browser tab and is gone when you close it. A brief you send stays in our email inbox for as long as we need it to reply and work with you.
Each of the services above keeps copies for a limited time under its own terms. We are confirming those periods and will list them on this page.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@missionreadystrategies.com and we will reply.
